Refund policy

At Uncle Buddha’s Printhouse, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and custom designs. However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been personalized or made-to-order, unless the product is defective or we’ve made a mistake on our end.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you approved, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A description of the problem

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide you with a resolution, which may include a reprint or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival

  • The design received is different from the one approved

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or production issues

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom products unless your order meets the refund conditions above. For sizing issues on apparel, please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Order Cancellations

We allow cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your item may have already entered production and cannot be canceled. For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed apparel

  • Personalized artwork or uploads

  • Sale or clearance items

We encourage all customers to double-check their design submissions, colors, and sizes before confirming the order.
